I forgot some.

How to route

- mail from local sender to (local recipient AND remote recipient)

- mail from local sender to (virtual(8) recipient AND remote recipient)

- mail from local sender to (destinatoin in transport map)

In other words, of all the delivery methods and/or address classes,
which do or do not honor the sender-based routing logic.

There may be more questions.
