Rule of thumb. If you are a gateway in front of other systems in your
organization that you don't fully control or audit, don't accept mail
that starts with "-". If you are a leaf-node system and all delivery
agents are known to be robustly coded and mail that leaves the system
leaves your organization, feel free to accept mail that starts with
"-".
