[patch] HTML documentation: indexed manual pages

"http://home.comcast.net/~rob0/postfix/" contains the 20040829 HTML
directory with minor changes to index.html (diff inline, below -- I
hope I did it right! -- and also at
"http://home.comcast.net/~rob0/postfix/index.html.diff" ) and a new
file, manual.html, not included here because it's long, but it can be
found at "http://home.comcast.net/~rob0/postfix/manual.html".
I don't know if this is the best way to do it, but at least it does
help to have all the man pages linked ... I did this for my own use,
and thought/hoped it might be worth sharing. If nothing else it might
save Wietse some typing?
Question: should those post* commands in section 1 be in section 8? My
understanding of what constitutes a "user command" is something that a
non-root user might need, and might have in his $PATH ...
