There is not reverse DNS record for IP 213.136.59.65.
According to WHOIS, the IP is in RIPE, and is allocated to Bahnhof Internet
AB. Since Banhof has the delegation for the IP addresses, either they must
enter a PTR record for your IP, or delegate it to you.
