Reject it: that's the best way.

If it's a local delivery ("our_domain.tld" in $mydestination) see the
LOCAL_RECIPIENT_README (in your $readme_directory and $html_directory).
If it's a relay domain, similar idea, but covered in the
STANDARD_CONFIGURATION_README. See also the BACKSCATTER_README.
No matter what address class it is, if you're maintaining proper
username maps, you won't get mail for unknown users.
