Hello

We receive constantly spam with a sender address of handbag.com routed through
some servers from mail.uk.tiscali.com. A complain to the abuse address was
replied with the following :

Is this some new law in uk, that the provider is not responsible for submitting
spam? I can't believe that a major ISP these days can be the that stubborn.
