Postfix error

I don't know if anyone is able to help, I keep on getting this error from
one of our scanners which is running Postfix.

The mail is been sent from the mainframe to a whole lot of email addresses,
it's just not reaching this one reciepient. From the mainframe it goes to
exchange box and then get reayed off to our scanner box and then to the
outside world.

If I do a dig on the domain it resolves to

Does anyone know or can anyone help??
