Ah, I missed that part of the thread, apologies. Google has brought me up to
speed now.

I don't know if what you're attempting to do is logical, simply because you
have no verification that the sender field is legit and thus needs to be
scanned / not scanned. It seems to me, that if I can work out one of your
'do not scan' senders, I can bypass scanning easily and get spam through to
your users.

That said, the sample config does have an SQL lookup to determine
white/blacklist by sender, so Amavis must have the ability to do it.
