Whilst I would normally agree with what you say with
regard to if it works dont fix it, you hit the nail on
the head with why I might want it.

We are a school, we need to be able to see where staff
are, i.e.share calenders, schedule appointments,
auto-schedule appointments and book rooms etc.. if
there is a opensource product that has all of the
functionality of exchange then I'd like to hear about
it.
