(Yet Another) Table Lookup Problem

From: Paul Burkett (paulsource.net)

Hey guys/gals. I've been struggling to get my Postfix/Courier/Mysql
server set up. I've been following Christoph Haas HOWTO
(http://workaround.org/articles/ispmail-sarge/) word for word. I've
tripled check all my config files and I'm still getting the following
problem:

orwell:/home/paul/public_html/discreaderror.org# tail -f /var/log/mail.err
Dec 7 11:39:39 orwell postfix/trivial-rewrite[24425]: fatal:
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_domains.cf(0,100): table lookup problem
Dec 7 11:39:41 orwell postfix/trivial-rewrite[24426]: fatal:
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-virtual_domains.cf(0,100): table lookup problem

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, everything seems ok. Does
anyone have any suggestions? I've read in past that since Postfix runs
chroot(ed) so that you will need to comment out 'skip-networking' in
Mysql's my.cnf file. I have done so with no luck. I've restarted postfix
and mysql many of times with no luck.

My System Info:

Debian Linux (unstable)
Postfix 2 (2.1.5 I believe)
Mysql 4.0.22
Courier 1.3
