Surely this is not the only thing being logged? Look in mail.info.
Use postmap(1) to debug lookups before you put them into production.

I don't know MySQL, but if you are running Postfix chrooted you must
either make sure the connection are made via TCP or that MySQL has a
listening socket in the chroot jail.
