mail.info seems to show the same cryptic stuff:

Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/smtpd[26310]: warning: problem talking to
service rewrite: Success
Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/master[605]: warning: process
/usr/lib/postfix/trivial-rewrite pid 29382 exit status 1
Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/smtpd[24846]: warning: premature
end-of-input on private/rewrite socket while reading input attribute name
Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/smtpd[24846]: warning: problem talking to
service rewrite: Success
Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/cleanup[29362]: warning: premature
end-of-input on private/rewrite socket while reading input attribute name
Dec 7 15:03:19 orwell postfix/cleanup[29362]: warning: problem talking
to service rewrite: Connection reset by peer

I'll look into how to use postmap since I've never even messed with it.
Thanks.

I set all smtp in Master.cf under chroot to 'n'. No luck, but I'll look
into postmap. Thank you again.
