greylisting is NO problem for correctly setup, legit servers. As with every
restriction, greylisting will expose some legit servers that are screwed up.

greylisting is dramatically effective against subscriber networks that are,
planet-wide, thoroughly infested with infected machines that do
direct-to-MX abuse. As these machines aren't real MTAs with defer/retry
features, they get massacred by greylisting.
In order or restrictions, run greylisting second and SAV last.
