Do you have 127.0.0.1 in mynetworks?

If you do not, add that, and restart postfix. I had a similar sounding
issue building out a SuSE mailserver recently. Remember that Amavis or
ClamAV needs to re-inject it back into your mail spool, and SuSE's 9.1
distribution alters the default behavior of main.cf.
