Why not just change that to:

test1domain.com domain.com/test1/Maildir/

Making sure that the "Maildir" directory already exists, of course --
Postfix won't create it.

(Also, please use "example.com" for examples, as the RFCs recommend; I'm
sure the people at "domain.com", which is a real domain name, get enough
spam already.)
