How do you know maildrop got the right "homedir from mysql"?

Then mail is moved to "the left directory" (possibly because you're
driving a british OS:).
More seriously,
1- first make maildrop work _without_ mysql.
2- only when everything works, switch to mysql
3- make sure maildrop actually does a mysql query. you may wanna log
$DEFAULT.
Do you really need mysql queries for maildrop? if using a "centralized"
schema such as $prefix/$domain/$user/$suffix, then just set DEFAULT to
that value in maildrop rc file.
