You need to check on the router and firewall. That does, after all,
control what and how anything gets in from the outside.

Check your logs and you will see that it's not Postfix.

If people cannot reach your Postfix from the outside, your Postfix can
only be an internal server or a relay for internal hosts. It cannot be
an MX.
