"No route to host" usually means a TCP/IP misconfiguration in the OS.
Probably missing a default route. If you don't know how to troubleshoot
and fix that, you should hire someone who can.

I did also see a Postfix issue, in that the machine AREA51 doesn't seem
to know to accept mail to itself. It's trying the A record:

> Feb 12 14:01:01 AREA51 postfix/smtpd[2852]: lookup area51.dunncenter.org type 1 flags 0
> Feb 12 14:01:01 AREA51 postfix/smtpd[2852]: dns_query: area51.dunncenter.org (A): OK
And that's where the IP routing fails.

STANDARD_ and BASIC_CONFIGURATION_README might help.
