Which content scanning package for postfix ?

I am running a postfix mail server. I want to have a
AntiVirus and AntiSpam package for my server. I will
use Spamassasin and ClamAV, But should I use any
packages like Mailscanner or Amavis for this.

If I where to use Mailscanner or Amavis, which will be
the best of these two.
