I've some problem with internally delivery time again.

Between qmgr and smtp mail takes about 3hours to be delivered to
internal mailserver... (not only for this one, for about all
messages!).

In transport file, I disabled MX lookup:
foo.example smtp:[192.168.w.ww]

Actually, mail queue are:

incoming ~ 500
active ~ 1900
deferred ~ 5000

Which parameters can I tuned to accelerate delivery time to internal server?
