I'll reply to my own mail to go further with this explanation.
transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport
in /etc/postfix/transport:
example.com smtp:[smtp.yourisp.com]
example.net smtp:[smtp.yourisp.com]
example.org smtp:[smtp.yourisp.com]
You could do this for your high-volume domains (outbound), and it may solve your
issue.
Someone else may suggest something better however.
