I recommend that you do the same, or otherwise make a browser bookmark
to the documentation you got with your Postfix source. That should
always be your first place to look for answers, not emailing the author
and CC'ing the mailing list.

It should also be pointed out that you have been cheated by the
provider. You should demand that they rectify the problem, or go elsewhere.
