There are bugs in everything, but you provided no information. Maybe
it's a known issue with your OS? Did you do any testing or research?
I migrated from procmail-to-mbox (as LDA) to procmail-to-Maildir
(via .forward) recently. In so doing I had cause to look into the
procmail source code. I noticed that there are sendmail references
(such as to the sendmail.cf) which are hard-coded into procmail.
In fact that was why I commented out the mailbox_command line. But
despite its age and apparent lack of maintenance, procmail 3.15.2 still
does what I need it to do.
