I've put a page about this onto Postfix Wiki. If it does not conform to
the intended presentation standards then my apologies, I felt that there
was a need to stike while the iron was hot.
My intention was to use that page to gather the collective wisdom for
use elsewhere.
It particularly needs input from anyone who has used NIS or an SQL
database other than MySQL.
