As Imtiaz pointed out, the information posted does not tell us why
you're being rejected, but the above setting suggests that you are an
open relay. Please delete the 0.0.0.0/0 from above, set it only to
networks which are under your direct control, and restart Postfix
immediately. If you have not been found by the relay probes yet, you
will be, very soon.
Whatever gave you the idea to allow relaying for the entire Internet?
