This is likely your problem. The semantics of ":" in 1.1.x may be
to use the default transport rather than the address class transport
(which is a 2.x concept). Also 1.x did not support "*" in the transport
table. You are using 2.x settings with a 1.x Postfix. Read the bundled
documentation and pay careful attention to version caveats when reading
the Postfix website.
