Postfix treating sender like SMTP server

I've got a strange problem, and I'm not quite sure how to solve it.
I have a customer who's NAT IP address has made it into the CBL thanks
to a virus that one of their users caught. Unfortunately, all of their
email is getting marked as spam by people who listen to the CBL because
I have their email server misconfigured in a very confusing way.
Usually, in mail headers, the first "Received:" header line is the
originiating SMTP server.
In my case, the first "Received:" header is actually my client's NAT'd
IP address and machine name, not my SMTP server. They are not sending
through any sort of local proxy or local smtp server; they do connect to
my server address and then submit the mail to the SMTP server.
I *am* doing SMTP auth using SASL, but obviously I have something
misconfigured in Postfix in that postfix is acting like a relay rather
than an originator... or am I barking up the wrong tree here? Any hints
or ideas on what to check?
Thanks,
Karl Katzke
