I have your book right in front of me, but seems like I missed that lesson.

So you are saying to use the content_filter option in
/etc/postfix/master.cf for the smtpd ?

Unfortunately not an option here ;-( The real setup is fixed into a
commercial Japanese product - including Majordomo etc.
