Sorry this is wrong. Each delivery requires a queue file slot in order
to allow for partial failure for each mailbox. The only way to deliver
atomically to multiple databases is to use a transactional database
where delivery to multiple recipients is always atomic (and by design
never fails for a subset due to quota or other per-user constraints).
The design of Postfix is not an accident. Sematic issues were carefully
considered, and are often the reason why certain things are done or not
done. Changing the behaviour to make it unreliable is not an option.
