smtp_break_lines ignored by 2.0.13?

Looking through RELEASE-NOTES-1.1, the line breaking behaviour (and the
smtp_break_lines config variable) came along with snapshot-20010709... and
should have, I think, been included in 2.0.13.

It seems that whether I have smtp_break_lines set to yes or no in main.cf,
postconf is not reporting anything about it (so it seems to be ignored).

Shouldn't this be a part of 2.0.13...?

Subject: Availability of smtp_break_lines in 2.0.13?

I'm running 2.0.13 here. We occasionally have problems with borked mailers
and "line too long" errors. I see, according to this post, that
smtp_break_lines has been supported since "20010228-mumble":

I thought 2.0.13 was newer than this (looks like I installed it in August
2003; this post is from 2001), but smtp_break_lines doesn't appear to be
something postfix is recognizing:

   bratwurst# grep smtp_break_lines main.cf
   smtp_break_lines = yes

   bratwurst# postconf | grep smtp_break_lines
   bratwurst#

Do I need to upgrade for this feature, or am I missing something?

thanks!
