you can do
test
example.com => test
example.com, autorespond+test
example.com
and have autorespond
example.com be sent to an autrespond transport
(that you define in master.cf). This transport would run an
autoresponding software (that should do all needed checks before sending
any mail). This assumes that '+' is your address extension delimiter.
