where can I find out what variables I can use in master.cf?

For example the entry:

cyrus unix - n n - - pipe
  user=3Dcyrus argv=3D/usr/lib/cyrus/bin/deliver -e -r ${sender}
-m
${extension} ${user}

contains the variable ${user}. What else is there?
