You have not given much data to go on. 'postconf -n' would give more data to
work with. Also, when giving log output, give the whole line(s).

You have configured Postfix to send mail to some service listening on some
port at address 127.0.0.1. That service however, is probably not running, or
is not accepting a connection at that address/port. That service could be
something like amavisd-new (for example). If so, then make sure amavisd-new
is running and is configured to accept a connection from Postfix.
