Generally only one machine / application can be listening on 25/tcp,
unless you set up some kind of load balancing. For DNAT'ed connections
to Postfix do not forget: proxy_interfaces = your.external.IP.address

Unfortunately your post did not explain what it is you want to do. Why
two servers? If one is final destination for some domains whilst the
other serves other domains, have the external one treat the internal
domains as relay_domains. Use DNS or a transport(5) table to tell it
where to deliver those domains.
