Slash notation is valid in a cidr table, and not valid
in a hash or other indexed table.
And no, converting your badip list to a cidr table
won't fix this problem.
Investigate each of the choices I listed
earlier. One key point is to verify that
postmap -q aa.bb hash:/path/to/badip
returns the expected REJECT message.
