Of course this is a qmail problem, off topic here. Looks like bad
permissions for qmail-scanner; I banged my head against the wall over
this one before. I would recommend disabling qmail-scanner altogether.
Postfix can do just about anything that qmail-scanner can do, with
header and body checks.
