You're not clear about what part does not work. What are you expecting?

What does "use my domain" mean? You mean the ISP blocks 25 inbound and
yet somehow you expect to be receive mail as a MX here? That will not
happen. It is not a Postfix issue, it is an economic one. Get a
different ISP.
