How to patch for postfix-2.2.5.

Dear Sir,

To patch for postfix = to upgrade ?

I read Docs http://www.postfix.org/INSTALL.html, but don't know how to patch for postfix, document guides install from source code
or upgrade.

Could you teach me how to patch for postfix-2.2.5.
