postfix 2.1 parameter

Hello !
I like to know what are the configration paratemers in postfix-2.1.3 for the following two reason.
=> one recipient per delivery
smtp_destination_recipient_limit = 1
=> disable the reuse of smtp connection
smtp_connection_cache_on_demand = no
Both the above are exists in 2.2, not in 2.1
Is there any location where I will get all the parameters for version 2.1
