Route based on size

Hi Guys,
Is it possible to route mail to a different server based on the size of
the email?
For example if I know that client domainA.com does not accept email
over 20MB and my MTA gets an email that's 30MB I'd like to route it to
another MTA that strips the attachment, puts it on an FTP server and
sends the end user a link to download the file.
