Rejecting specific users

Hi,

I have a situation where I've got a few domains where it's impractical to
put all the users into the relay_recipients, at least for now.

But I have some past users who get a LOT of spam that bounces.

So I'd like to at least get mail to those rejected, so my servers don't
have to keep bouncing and double bouncing their mail.

I've been trying to find something where I can do that. The closest I've
come so far is this:

http://www.postfix.org/RESTRICTION_CLASS_README.html

The paragraph entitled: Protecting internal email distribution lists

I don't care if internal users are allowed to send them mail, which would
then bounce. So, if this gets external mail rejected, it's a possibility.
Would I be looking at any added overhead if I add this?

I think I'm running 2.1.5-9 on Debian.
