Hello,

I have a message sitting in the queue since Friday:

C42367E32 6377 Fri Jan 13 15:05:41 senderatmosp.physics.utoronto.ca
(host mail.univ-ouaga.bf[212.52.131.4] refused to talk to me: 451 Server
configuration error)
                                         recipientuniv-ouaga.bf

Only today ~1100 messages were received by the server
(it handles only outgoing traffic so far), and this is
the only complaint, no other problems. How can I find the reason?
