[OT] RBL relays.ordb.org unreachable again

Hello
All of you which are using relays.ordb.org should check their config
because since today morning the nameservers from ordb.org seam to be
not reachable anymore (tried from different networks). This could cause
long delay in accepting smtp connections on mailservers using this RBL.
