I'm not quite out of the woods yet. The low-volume account that I'm
testing on receives mail for lydgate.org, so I added two more lines to
transport:

packbell.lydgate.net local:

.lydgate.net smtp:[anne-linux.lydgate.net]

Then I sent a test message from packbell (mistake?) to lydgate.org,
waited a few moments, then used fetchmail --keep to download them.

Here, on another box on the lan, I received
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
<annelocalhost.lydgate.net> (expanded from <annelocalhost>): Host or
domain name not found. Name service error for
name=anne-linux.lydgate.net type=A:
    Host not found

So there are two problems - one is that annelocalhost.lydgate.net and
the other is that the message from <Debraemblibrary.com> is probably
being bounced.

Guidance, please?
