According to a thread in 2003, I need a table local_recipient_maps, which I
don't have at all. The person there

seemed to be having the identical problem. His answer, after input by Wietse:

If i have a /root/.fetchmailrc, I don't look at it. I don't have any users
with u/c initials. Root is aliased to doug.
