Removing recipients from message ID

When I execute "mailq" I have some recipients that will not receive their mail
no matter what but other recipients in the same ID, 80095678212, will be
delivered, eventually.

Is there anyway, easily, that I can remove those recipients that are not going
to get delivered from this message ID?
