Yes, this is due to the "Connection timed out" messages.

You can wait until the queue lifetime expires

OR

you can delete the mail using "postsuper -d 80095678212", but this
deletes the mail in it's entirety

OR

you can define transport_maps entries for someuni.edu, otheruni.edu and
uni.edu like this:

uni.edu error:We cannot send mail there!
someuni.edu error:We cannot send mail there!
otheruni.edu error:We cannot send mail there!
