are messed up?!
Bad idea, get them to fix their DNS servers.
Seems they are running BIND 9.2.2, so goodness knows what they did to mess it
up so badly, my guess would be a poorly integrated database back end to BIND.

He could, that would be more appropriate sized fix.
Me I'd just tell them to fix their DNS if they want any email. Really it is an
SEP.
