You'll have to make some arrangement with the domainB postmaster to
specifically allow your site to relay mail through domainB when sent by
a domainB address.

An alternative is to get the domainB postmaster to add an SPF record
allowing your MX to send mail on behalf of domainB, directly to the
recipient MX.

I'm unsure of other anti-spam measures that might be taken apart from
rejecting mail sent from domainB that isn't coming from the domainB
SPF-authorised senders. If domainB doesn't use SPF, you should be able
to directly send mail to the recipient domain, without the need to
relay the mail through domainB - I do this all the time with my mail
setup, since my personal email goes through a company that I don't use
as an ISP, and all my outgoing mail never touches their mail server.
