Well in the ALL case, yes... but equivalent of -qI in the individual case.
To which people here have said "yes please!".
There's some other magic I'd like to do with command-line overrides of
qmgr/trivial-rewrite decisions about transports, queueing order etc
but I'll work on that myself.
